Business Planning: Why People Avoid Doing One And What Will Happen When You Do One

Whatever you call it, small business coaching, executive coaching or just plain old business mentoring, it has become a necessity for small business. You’re working too many hours and pretty sure that if you left for a holiday, things wouldn’t work anywhere near as well as they do now. Or put another way, you’re ready to work a whole lot less. Having a business coach is a far more profitable and affordable way for you as a business owner to get the help and growth in your business.

You need to spend more time with your workers. Your presence as their business coach will be very helpful because it will provide them with encouragement and determination to work. At first, you may need to monitor what they are doing since it is the start of your plan of action. But in due time, when they already know what to do, you can entrust the work to them and all you need is just to supervise them once in a while.

Further analysis revealed that five of these questions are linked to retention: numbers 1, 2, 3, 5, and 7. When employees score high marks on these five questions; the company has a strong retention factor. As a manager, if you want to build high retention, then securing high marks to these five questions is a good place to start.

When I work this process with my clients I find focus and accomplishment will occur more readily. Forgive me, but as an executive coach, I have several more questions.
